1 banana / 1 banan
0.5 cups of frozen blueberries / 1.25 dl frusna blåbär
0.5 cups of vanilla yoghurt / 1.25 dl vaniljyoghurt
2 tbsp rolled oats / 2 msk havregryn
1 tsp of chia seeds / 1 tsk chiafrön
1. Put everything in a mixer. / Lägg allt i en mixer.
2. Blend. / Mixa.
3. Top with blueberries. / Toppa med blåbär.
4. Done! / Klart!
