Delicious Blueberry Buckle

IMG_4832

It’s been a really rainy summer in Sweden. And cold. There’s been a couple of nice days, but overall, I must say 2015 has been quite bad when it comes to weather. But there’s something good that comes with every bad, and in this case it’s the blueberries! They love the rain, and there’s so many bushes just filled with berries. Yesterday, I therefore baked this blueberry buckle. For everyone that’s tired of blueberry muffins or pies. Delicious, not to sweet, and really easy to make.

The day of Swedish Chocolate Cake – Kladdkakans Dag

IMG_2649

So, apparently it’s “kladdkakans” dag in Sweden tomorrow. A kladdkaka is a very gooey- brownielike chocolate cake that most Swedes can make without a recipe…. Still, there are so many variations of a kladdkaka and a fun cake to experiment with. On the blog, I’ve had multiple recipes and post variating my Kladdkaka, here’s a few for inspiration:

Anna-Carins Chocolate Tarte Deluxe / Anna-Carins Chokladtårta deluxe

This is actually one of my all time (!) favorite posts on the blog… If you haven’t tried it yet you should.

Sticky Cake with Caramel / Kladdkaka med Knäcktäcke

Brownies with Dulce de Leche / Brownies med Dulce de Leche

Banana Brownie / Banan Kladdkaka

Chocolate Bombs / Choklad Bomber
